In the morning, President Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. will receive the President’s Daily Brief Thursday, April 21, 2022.  

Then, President Biden will provide an update on Russia and Ukraine. President Biden will present remarks at the White House Roosevelt Room at at 9:45 AM.  

After, President Biden will travel to Portland, Oregon. President Biden departs from the White House South Lawn en route to Joint Base Andrews in Maryland at 10:20 AM. Then, President Biden departs from Joint Base Andrews en route to Portland Air National Guard Base at 10:40 AM EDT. President Biden will arrive at Portland Air National Guard Base in Portland, Oregon at 12:40 PM PDT.  

In the afternoon at 1:05 PM PDT, President Biden will visit Portland International Airport in Portland, Oregon to help lower costs on everyday items by ensuring goods can move faster and more efficiently and to highlight critical investments that will ensure stronger, more resilient infrastructure, such as an earthquake-resilient runway at PDX.  

After, President Biden will presents remarks at 2:10 PM on the investment that has been made at Portland International Airport thanks in part to the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, which is helping lower costs for families and Building a Better America with stronger, more resilient infrastructure. These remarks will be presented at Portland Air National Guard Base.  

Later, President Biden will participate in a fundraiser for the Democratic National Committee in Portland, Oregon at 3:30 PM.  

In the evening, President Biden will travel to Seattle, Washington. The departs from Portland Air National Guard Base and arrives at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport at 5:15 PM.  

After, President Biden will participate in a fundraiser for the Democratic National Committee in Seattle, Washington at 6:30 PM.

 

 

 

 

VICE PRESIDENT KAMALA DEVI HARRIS ~ THURSDAY, APRIL 21, 2022  

At 10:15 AM PDT, Vice President Kamala Devi Harris will depart Los Angeles, California en route San Francisco, California. Vice President Harris will depart from Los Angles International and arrive at San Francisco International.  

At 12:50 PM PDT, Vice President Harris will meet with current and former maternal health patients, and speak with members of the maternal health care workforce. This will take place in the William J. Rutter Center at the University of California, San Francisco Mission Bay.  

At 2:30 PM PDT, Vice President will present remarks on the Biden-Harris Administration’s commitment to improve maternal health. These remarks will be presented in the William J. Rutter Center at the University of California, San Francisco Mission Bay.  

At 7:55 PM PDT, Vice President Harris will depart San Francisco, California en route Los Angeles International. Vice President Harris departs from San Francisco International and arrives at Los Angeles International.
