After at 2:35 PM, President Biden will meet with refugees at PGE Narodowy Stadium in Warsaw, Poland. He will engage with Mayor of Warsaw Rafał Trzaskowski to learn about assistance and services the city is providing to Ukrainians who have fled Putin’s war of choice, and with nongovernmental providers of humanitarian services, such as World Central Kitchen. Prime Minister of Poland Mateusz Morawiecki will attend.
In the evening, President Biden will present remarks on the united efforts of the free world to support the people of Ukraine, hold Russia accountable for its brutal war, and defend a future that is rooted in democratic principles. These remarks will be presented at the Royal Castle in Warsaw, Poland at 6:00 PM.

Later, President Biden will return to Washington, DC. The departure from Warsaw Chopin Airport will be covered by the out-of-town pool. The arrival and departure at Royal Air Force Mildenhall, where Air Force One will refuel. President Biden will arrive at Joint Base Andrews en route to The White House South Lawn. At 2:30 AM, President Biden arrives at the White House South Lawn.

These tours are free and open to members of the public; however, a ticket is required for all attendees, including small children. The National Park Service (NPS) will distribute free, timed tickets at a tent stationed near the Ellipse Visitors Pavilion each day beginning at 8:30 AM ET. The entry point for all guests will be located near the intersection of 15th Street NW and Constitution Avenue NW. Tickets will be distributed, one ticket per person, on a first-come, first-served basis.
