In the morning at 8:45 AM, President Biden will receive the President’s Daily Brief at the White House Oval Office.  

After, President Biden will welcome Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong of Singapore to the White House to reaffirm the importance of the U.S.-Singapore Strategic Partnership and deepen our cooperation on a range of shared interests, including a free, prosperous, and open Indo-Pacific. This meeting will be convened at 10:45 AM in The White House Oval Office of Washington, DC, USA on Tuesday, March 29, 2022.  

Following their meeting, President Biden and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong of Singapore will make a joint press statement in the White House East Room at 12:45 PM.  

In the afternoon, President Biden will pay his respects to Congressman Don Young, the Dean of the House and the longest-serving House Republican in history, as he lies in state at the United States Capitol at 2:05 PM.  

Later, President Biden signs into law H.R. 55, the “Emmett Till Antilynching Act.” President Biden and Vice President Kamala Devi Harris present remarks. Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff will attend. This White House Rose Garden event begins at 4:00 PM in Washington, DC, USA on Tuesday, March 29, 2022.
